GENERAL INFORMATION
The Q-Switch Driver provides a solid state high voltage switching in range 0.5kV to 3.9kV with rise/fall time <10 ns on load capacitance ≥ 25 pF (including cable RG58 - 30cm length). A high voltage power supply is usually an external one, but Driver may be also integrated with internal high voltage power supply.
ADVANTAGES
The Q-Switch Driver is equipped with three protections against fault operation :
- Protection when setting Repetition Rate of less than 100 ns
- Maximum input repetition rate (limited by heatsink temperature) under normal external conditions
- Over temperature under abnormal external conditions
